Site Resolution Works at Cluain Bawn and Coill Rua Unfinished Housing Estates, Co. Roscommon.

Roscommon County Council’s Planning Department require site resolution works to be completed to the public infrastructure and open spaces at the Cluain Bawn Housing Estate in Tarmonbarry and the Coill Rua Housing Estate in Ballinameen, Co. Roscommon. A general summary of the works required is as follows: - repair of foul sewers and manholes - repair of surface water sewers, gully's and manholes - completion of CCTV survey of repaired sewers - repair of water mains and fittings including erection of marker plates - the construction and repair of footpaths, road crossings and kerbs - the repair of estate road pavements, laying of base and wearing courses - erection of site boundary fences - erection of road signs and completion of road markings - completion of landscaping works
