TPA-PS-2016 - Phone System Upgrade including Installation; Support and Maintenance Services

The objective of this Request for Tenders (“RFT”) is to appoint a single Service Provider (“Service Provider”) for the supply; installation and support and maintenance of a phone system upgrade. Under the contract agreement, the Service Provider will: • Supply, install and commission a new phone system at the Authority’s offices at Verschoyle House • Provide support and maintenance services associated with the phone system • Decommission / dispose the existing phone hardware including handset devices • Provide training to Authority staff as required
