HSG - Maint - Contractor Panel - Panel for General Building & Maintenance Works 2017

The Housing Department of Meath County Council wish to establish a Panel of suitably qualified and experienced Building Contractors to carry out general low value maintenance works and for the provision of a variety of small scale building works. Candidates will be initially shortlisted based on the evaluation of their submitted Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) by applying the Selection criteria specified in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire QW1 Form (QW1), Appendices and the H & S Supplements (3.4.1 & 3.4.2). Pre-qualified Candidates from stage no.1 will be invited to tender for inclusion on the Panel. At this stage, Candidates will be asked to price for a schedule of works to be carried out under the Term Maintenance and Refurbishment contract. These rates shall be utilised for any works carried out under the Term Maintenance contract during the life of the Panel.
