The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend this Contract(s) for a further period of 12 or 24 months. The range of services required include - Crisis communications consultancy - Event management support - Advice on stakeholders - Advice on relevant political or transport policy - Potential lobbying - Corporate Reputation - Support of/to Press Office

In order to be considered for participation in a tendering competition for this contract, suitable qualified interested parties must complete and submit the pre-qualification questionnaire provided.
The intention will be to arrive at a Tender Panel of potential service providers for formal Invitation to Tender(ITT). It is intended that following PQQ evaluation, and depending on the quality of details submitted, that at five entities will be invited to submit formal ITT document. Following receipt of tenders, Bus Eireann may negotiate as necessary with one or more tenderers and will award the contract the most economically advantageous offer received.
