Dear Tenderer

Cavan County Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced service providers, to undertake the provision of an open library self service technology solution including an RFID solution for Cavan County Councils Johnston Central Library, Cavan Town.

All queries relating to any aspect of this Competition or of this RFT must be directed to the messaging facility on (http://www.etenders.gov.ie/) Queries will be accepted no later than 2pm on Thursday 27^th October 2016  unless otherwise published by the Contracting Authority. For the avoidance of doubt, Tenderers may not contact the Contracting Authority directly regarding any aspect of this Competition.

Tenders must be received not later than 3pm on Wednesday  02^nd November 2016 (the “Tender Deadline”). Tenders that are received late WILL NOT be considered in this public procurement competition.

Tenders must be submitted in accordance with this Request for Tenderers.
