Refurbishment 46 Grand Parade - Refurbishment 46 Grand Parade

The project consists of the refurbishment to 46 Grand Parade, Cork City CIT hereby issues this information in accordance with the requirements of EC directive 2004/18/EEC (open procedure) to appoint a Building Works Contractor for the refurbishment of 46 Grand Parade. The successful applicants will enter a contract with the employer using the Public Works Contract for Minor Building and Civil Engineering Works Designed by the Employer -Document Reference PW-CF5 v.1.9 The project has been split into 2 Phases. The award criteria is outlined below. The tender will be awarded on the combined cost of Phase 1 and 2. Phase 2 is dependant on funding so Phase 1 will be appointed on a separate Letter of Acceptance. Phase 1 will start in December 2016 and be complete by the end of March 2017. Phase 2 may start in November 2017 with a completion date of the end of February 2018.
