Multi Media Room Upgrade Request for Tender

Cork City Council require the provision of an upgrade to existing multi media room presentation system at is offices situated at Civic Offices, Anglesea Street, Cork, T12 T997.
As per appendix A of the attached documentation these are our requirements. However, please download the RFT and SLA to ensure you meet / fully comply with all requirements, selection and award criteria, and procedural requirements when responding to the tender.
The proposed goods and services supplied by the Tenderer must meet the minimum requirements set out below. Tenderers must clearly demonstrate in their response that they can meet each minimum requirement. If the Tenderer fails to meet a minimum requirement they will be eliminated from the competition.
- Move existing Equipment Rack
- Connect to existing Polycom HDX 7000 Video conferencing hardware
- Connect to exiting Audio system
- Connect to existing HDMI Barco Clickshare wireless presentation hardware
- Provide a teleconference system
- Provide ceiling microphone to connect to teleconference and videoconference hardware
- Provide VGA and HDMI wall plates
- Provide wall mounted controller for switching and video conferencing hardware
- Provide associated rack and brackets
- Provide audio related interfaces
- Provide 1 yr 4-hr 8x5 Onsite Warranty and Professional Support & Maintenance
- Provide 1 yr 2-hr Out of hours response: maximum response time of 2 hours is required
- Any associated software and licences to be included
- All services and supplies to be fully commissioned and tested in the presence of ICT staff on finalisation
- Winning tenderer will be required to sign Service Level Agreement with Cork City Council
The closing time and date for submission of responses is 12.00 noon on 26th October 2016.
