The works comprise demolition and strip out works within a disused three storey building, construction of a 70sqm extension and internal re-built of 119sqm to deliver healthcare administrative accommodation. The works are on a live, hospital site, in a heavily trafficked area and will involve connection to Hospital M&E installations. A portion of the building fronting onto George's Street Lower is occupied by an Optician's retail unit. This will remain fully functional while the works are undertaken.
