The project involves electrical engineering construction including: •The completion of the works on a phased basis. All other areas of the building must be maintained in full business operation for the duration of the project. •Any work that involves a power outage in the building will be completed outside of normal working hours. •The strip out and safe disposal of all existing electrical services in the ground floor, first floor, second floor and external area of the existing building. •The rewiring to include for all electrical equipment as specified under this contract •The existing main electrical switchboard will be stripped out and replaced under this contract •The testing, commissioning, handover and certfication in full working order of the electrical systems as described in this document.
