MCC/Procur/092016 - Clerk of Works Services

This public procurement competition relates to the provision of a consultant Clerk of Works under a contract for services to assist the Architects Department of Mayo County Council in the on-site delivery of a range of Capital Projects throughout the County. The role will include site inspection duties working primarily on residential developments, throughout the county of Mayo. Any contract that may result from this public procurement competition will be issued for a fixed performance period of 12 months, from date of appointment. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term on a monthly basis, to a maximum of 12 months, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law. Attendance will be on a full-time basis Monday to Friday based on Contractors site working hours.
