Detailed description:

Preparation (in liaison with FOI decision maker) of draft FOI decisions, mostly on non-personal requests addressed to the HSE Acute Hospitals Division, for consideration and final decision by FOI decision maker. Workload is demand led. Ongoing availability as required for the duration of contract and an ability to work autonomously from the start are essential
