HIQA seeks an experienced ICT managed services partner to provide a range of ICT support services across HIQA’s offices and home workers for 3 years with an option to extend it for a further 2 years. The successful partner will provide day to day managed support of HIQA’s entire desktop, server, communication and security infrastructure. This partner will also provide ad-hoc consultancy services to provide advice and implement change(s) to support HIQA meet its business plan objectives.
