A new covered viewing stand and Press box at CLG Lios Póil.

The purpose of this project is to install a new covered viewing stand and Press box at CLG Lios Póil. The Contractor should broadly consider the project as: • Clearing the ground as necessary in the vicinity of the proposed development. • Carry out any required demolition including the removal of the existing walled stepped area. • Temporary removal of the boundary wall in the vicinity of the works to facilitate access and its subsequent replacement. • Construction of any associated site walls and foundations required. • Construction of the proposed Covered Viewing stand complete as shown. • Construction of the proposed Press Box complete as shown • Installation of all electrical services shown and connection to existing services. • Installation of all finishes specified. • Construction of all other associated structures shown and all associated works. • Construction of roadside footpath and other works.
