Detailed description:

We at the Irish Franchising Skillnet are seeking a training provider to certify approximately 10 employees in Retail Management. The course would ideally include, but not be limited to, modules on Finance, Introduction, Customer Service, Management, Development and Operations. This training programme should aim to upskill employees to allow them to move into senior levels of retail management.
