Framework, Minor Works - Minor Construction Works & Minor Design and Build Projects

Cork City Council is seeking to form a Framework panel of qualified Works Contractors (which may be companies, joint ventures, partnerships or entities involving appropriate contractual arrangements between contractors and registered construction design professionals) suitable to contract to the Council as PSDP, Designer, PSCS and Builder for extensions, adaption and general construction works on housing units. The purpose of the Framework panel is to enable the Council to procure Contractors under future mini - competition from a list of pre-qualified Contractors on the panel. It is intended that the successful contractors in the proposed mini-competition may be required to contract with the Council to carry out construction works (including works designed by the Council or others) generally in line with the Capital Works Management Framework.
