7628 - Event Management of the 2017 Healthcare Leaders Masterclass
The HSE request suitable suppliers to submit a proposal to provide event management for the above 2017 Masterclass.
The scope of this procurement involves the event management of the national masterclass for approximately 800 delegates to include securing the venue and suitable sponsorship on behalf of the HSE to fund venue and event costs.
The 2017 Healthcare Leaders Masterclass is the fourth masterclass hosted by the Office of the Director General of the Health Service, HSE. The HSE is seeking to build on the success and learning from the previous masterclasses ( (http://www.hse.ie/masterclass)).
The focus of the 2017 event is leadership development for Building a Better Health Service. The masterclass is an investment in the development of senior healthcare managers and leaders. The aim of the event is to afford leaders and managers in all areas of Irish healthcare, both public and private, the opportunity to learn from national and international experts in the areas of management, culture, leadership and organisational design etc.
Taking place over two days, the dates for the 2017 Masterclass are:
- Thursday the 27th of April, and
- Friday the 28th April 2017.
This is an invite only event.
The venue is the Convention Centre Dublin.
A suitable event management company is sought to coordinate and provide, on behalf of the HSE, the complete event management of the masterclass, to include:
- Managing all event logistics - from planning through to delivery and post event briefings
- Budget management that demonstrates obtaining value for money
- Accessing and securing, on behalf of the HSE, suitable sponsorship to fund the venue and overall costs associated with the Masterclass.
