Mary Robinson Centre - Procurement of Specialists (Reserved) for the Refurbishment of Victoria House & Construction of new 3 storey annexe at Emmet Street, Ballina, Co. Mayo

Submissions are invited from competent Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Specialist Contractors (Reserved); interested in pre-qualification for a later invitation to tender for the complete refurbishment/conservation of Victoria House (724 Sqm) a 1830 Georgian terrace, which is a protected structure (in varying stages of repair) & the construction of a new 3 storey plus attic annexe structure (753 Sqm) - which will include Exhibition, Lecture & Archive facilities, contiguous with the historic house on an adjacent derelict site on Emmet Street, Ballina, Co. Mayo. It is envisaged that the finished Centre will be a seamless union of old & new building systems show-casing best construction practice & conservation principles. This project will require a higher than average level of competence, organisation & co- operation from the Main Works Contractor & the Reserved Specialists involved.
