Re:      Emergency works new boundary fencing and associated ground works to the school site at St. Conleth’s NS, Derinturn, Co. Kildare. 

 

Dear Sirs,

 

On behalf of our client, the Board of Management of St. Conleth’s NS, Derinturn, Co. Kildare, we are pleased to invite you to submit a tender quotation for the above mentioned works. We enclose herewith the following documentation;

            Volume A- Drawings of the proposed works

            Volume B- Form of Tender and Schedule

            Volume C- Works Schedule/Pricing Document

            Suitability assessment declaration

            Preliminary Health and Safety Plan

 

The contract for the works will be PW-CF6 Government Short Public Works Contract. The successful Contractor will have to produce a current Tax Clearance Cert and the appropriate insurance cover as indicated in the preliminaries section of the Works Schedule Document prior to signing of a contract.

 

Contractors must return a fully priced Volume C – Works Schedule as well as Volume B -Tender and Schedule and the completed and signed suitability assessment declaration in separate clearly marked envelopes to:

By 12 noon on 3rd August 2016

 

Contractors are requested to contact the school prior to any visit to the school to arrange a suitable time to view the site. Contractors must return a signed and dated form of tender and a signed and dated suitability assessment declaration to be deemed a valid tender.

 

It is intended that the successful tenderer will start the works on Monday 8h August 2016 and complete the works by 29th August 2016.
