Attached to this advertisement. The Tenderer is required to read this document carefully and to make sure that they meet the minimum standards stated therein. Tenderer’s who do not meet those requirements should not submit a tender as they will be excluded at award stage. Tenderer’s must sign the “Declaration of Suitability for Contractors for Small Works" document and must return this completed and signed document with their tender return. If requested to do so, Contractors must provide the necessary evidence of compliance stated in that document within 7 days. Tender submissions which do not include the signed and completed "Declaration of Suitability for Contractors for Small Works" will not be accepted and will be deemed null and void. • Decommissioning, stripping out of all existing emergency lighting and installing new emergency lighting throughout. • Decommissioning, stripping out of all existing lighting and installing new lighting throughout. • Installing fire doors throughout. Please see drawing for details. • Decommissioning, stripping out of the existing main board and installing a new ESB meter and main board. • Decommissioning, stripping out of the existing fire alarm system and installing a new fire alarm system with all new heads. • It is proposed to upgrade the existing power and general in certain areas in the school. See drawings for details • All associated builders work associated with the electrical upgrade works as indicated on the tender documents. • All cleaning of the School as a result of the works carried out. • All other items as indicated in drawings and detailed in specifications. The tender documents are available at our offices and will be issued following email request to this office with interested contractors.
