Clare Library Service is the public library service operated by Clare County Council in the Republic of Ireland, serving a population of 117,196. It operates 9 full time (Ennis, Ennistymon, Kilkee, Killaloe, Kilrush, Miltown Malbay, Scarriff, Shannon, Sixmilebridge) and 6 part time libraries (Corofin, Kilmihil, Kildysart, Lisdoonvarna, Newmarket-on-Fergus, Tulla), a local studies centre and a central headquarters from where all orders are placed, stock delivered to, catalogued and distributed to the branch network. Clare County Council is the Contracting Authority on behalf of Clare Library Service This public procurement competition (the “Competition) will be divided into 5 lots (each a “Lot”) as described below.
