Strandhill ETW Coastal Revetment Repairs, Co. Sligo.

Removal of 4T armour stone revetment along a circa 30m frontage to existing reinforced concrete promenade and wall. Infilling of voids below promenade structure with concrete filled grout bags circa 30m^3. Including transfer of material across designated habitat without heavy vehicle access. Creation on new toe trench in 1.5-2T rock beach and replacement of 4T armour revetment (including imporation of additional armour stone). Re-profiling of 4T armour stone at southern transition zone and imporation of additional armour stone to form tapered ramp circa 30m long. Establishment of site compound(s), storage area(s), handling facilities and haulage route along beach from Strandhill Village. Working adjacent to/within designated environmental habitat and compliance with environmental restrictions including prohibition of use of heavy plant within dune system (personel and light vehicle access permitted).
