You have been invited to tender for the above project.
Please find enclosed the following request for tender documentation:

· Volume C - Pricing Document
Successful candidates will be required to provide the following:
· Hold a current C2 tax clearance certificate
· They are a member of the Construction Industry Pension/ Sick Pay Scheme.
· They have current public and employer’s liability insurance
· Comply with Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations S.I. 504 of 2006.
Candidates are requested to confirm that they have received all of the above tender documentation by sending an acknowledgement to Semple & McKillop Ltd. at . 1 no. hard copy of all tender documentation, fully completed and correctly executed, shall be returned with the tender or the Candidate’s tender may be invalid and not considered further.
Tenderers are reminded that the tender return date is 4pm on Friday 14th August 2015 and no extensions to the tender period will be permitted.
Tenders must be submitted in writing to: LMETB, Abbey Road, Navan, Co. Meath. Envelopes should be marked for the attention of Sinead Murphy- Buildings Officer with the Reference Number & Project Title (2130 TENDER O’Fiaich College SWS2015).
