St. Oliver's Post Primary SENU - New Single Storey Special Educational Needs Unit extension

The development will consist of; a new single storey extension to the rear of the building to include a ‘special educational needs unit’ comprising of 2no. base classrooms, 1 no. practical activity room, 1 no. central activity space, offices, assisted wc’s and other associated ancillary spaces. External works to include hard/soft play area, new vehicular drop off area, 6no. car parking spaces and all associated site works. This contract has been awarded to Brendan Sammon Aughnasheen Ltd.
