a) A 2,456m2 Two-storey standalone School extension with 2 no. covered links to existing Post-primary School building, b) A 1,118m2 Single & Two-storey standalone Sports Hall extension, c) new internal road with set-down area, new footpath facing St. Columbus Crescent, car parking (82 No. spaces), bicycle racks (72 no. spaces), 6 no. ball courts, Hard & Soft landscaping and associated drainage and site works, d) Reconfigured main Vehicular and Pedestrian gates and new Service & Emergency Access vehicular gates, and e) Internal and External Alterations to Main School building comprising reconfiguring approx. 1,100m2 of existing accommodation, removal of concrete ramp and new window and door treatment, all at Beaufort College, Navan, Co.
