Roof SPC - Repair of school roof to avoid future leaks

St Peter's College, Dunboyne invites tenders for the following works to be carried out at the School. The timeline for completion of works is 30th March - 10th April (incl) Repair of roof leaks to include the following: 1. Render of building facade 2. Removal, repair and re installation of lead flashing to correct depth 3. Application of water repellent impregnator to walls 4. Make good all cracks and defects to brick paint and old mastic removed 5. Relevant testing carried out to ensure repairs are working.
