Detailed description:

This public procurement competition relates to the provision of extensive aerial surveys of cetaceans and seabirds in Irish offshore waters, including part of the Celtic Sea, and associated analytical and reporting work. This is a key component of a novel environmental survey programme between the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources (DCENR) and the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht (DAHG) entitled OBSERVE.
