Provision of Legal Services

This public procurement competition relates to the Department’s intention to put in place a new Services Contract for the provision of legal services in relation to an application (currently under consideration) for an aquaculture licence and accompanying foreshore licence for the cultivation of fin-fish. The Department requires legal advice on issues including but not confined to commercial law, property law, fishing law in relation to aquaculture, environmental law and drafting terms of licences and other agreements that may be required.
