Co. Louth and Meath Education and Training Board is tendering for RFT 85922, the construction of a new c. 3,300 m² extension to Ratoath College, Jamestown, Ratoath, Co. Meath including a new first floor link corridor and associated works to the existing school and site works.
Before submitting an Expression of Interest, applicants should refer to the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire DoES-QW1 Suitability Assessment Questionnaire Restricted (Revision March 2014) attached to eTenders advertisement at www.etenders.gov.ie and satisfy themselves that they meet the minimum standards required.
The successful applicants will be required to produce the necessary evidence before appointment. To apply for Inclusion on the short-list for the above project the Applicant must;
• complete DoES-QW1 Suitability Assessment Questionnaire Restricted (Revision March 2014)
• include all required information as set out in DoES-QW1 Suitability Assessment Questionnaire Restricted (Revision March 2014)
• submit one hard copy of the completed documents to Louth & Meath Educational & Training Board by 08th August 2014
No other information should be provided.
The project Category is Type 2b and the estimated total performance period is 15 months.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to terminate the Tender competition process at any time. The Contracting Authority also reserves the right to procure the development by alternative means if it appears that the development can be thereby more advantageously procured.
The funding agency, the Department of Education & Skills is subject to the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act. If a candidate considers that any of the information supplied in response to this notice is either commercially sensitive or confidential, this should be highlighted and reasons for its sensitivity given. The relevant material will, in response to a request under the Act, be examined in the light of exemptions provided for in the Act.
This comprises the complete information to be issued to the interested Contractors. No additional information will be provided. Co. Louth and Meath Education and Training Board will NOT facilitate site visits during the Pre-qualification Stage of this competition.
