Detailed description:

TCD is seeking to establish framework agreements with one or three or more suppliers for the provision of wind tunnel services. It is envisaged that this arrangement will commence on 1st June 2014 and will continue for a period of three (3) years with the facility to extend for a further one year, subject to satisfactory supplier performance as determined by TCD, after agreement between the parties.
