NCHMAN-1 - Report on Programming, Marketing and Financial and Operational Performance.

The National Concert Hall Company wishes to appoint a consultant to prepare a report. This will examine, in light of the Company’s remit, the programming of performances in the National Concert Hall. It will deal with the sales and marketing activities by which the Company seeks to raise the profile of the National Concert Hall, to attract patrons to events and to maximise its revenue from sponsorship and donations. Finally it will cover the operational and financial performance of the Company. The report will incorporate, in relation to matters falling within its scope, an assessment of the performance of the Company, since 1st January 2010, an assessment of the suitability of its existing organisational structures and practices and such recommendations as the consultant shall deem to be appropriate.
