Mallow Town Council are proposing to upgrade the existing public road and associated footpaths on Davis Street in Mallow between Quaines Lane and the N72 Clock House Junction to create an enhanced public plaza. These works will extend to the adjacent laneways. The junctions of Davis Street, St. Josephs Road and N72 national road (Bridge Street and Spa Walk) will be signalised.
The Mallow Streetscape & Urban Regeneration Project Tender Competition will use a restricted procedure. This pre-qualification tender is in advance of the tender competition using the restricted procedure. Documents necessary to tender are available on www.etenders.gov.ie Completed documents must be returned via the tender postbox only. The deadline for receipt of completed documents for pre-qualification tender is 12 noon on Friday, 22nd February 2013.
