Border Region TV - Broadcast Equipment Supply

Tenders are invited for this Contract. The purpose of the Contract is to provide BorderRegionTV with quotations for equipment for the establishment of fixed and mobile broadcast units. Tenderers should note that this Request for Tenders is being posted in support of an application for capital grant assistance from Cavan Monaghan Leader under the Rural Development Programme for Ireland 2007-2013. The award of contract will be subject to the project promoter securing the required grant aid and funding package to proceed. Scope of Works The tender consists of the supply of broadcast equipment that will be used to broadcast both live and pre-recorded audio visual content online. BorderRegionTV will be setting up a broadcast studio and a mobile unit for both live and pre- recorded broadcasts around the border counties of Ireland. The following must be supplied and delivered: Lot 1 Camera Equipment Various camera types including Sony PMW-500, PMW-100 and GoPro (see specification below for detail of requirements) Lot 2 Audio Equipment Microphones and other audio equipment (see specification below for detail of requirements) Lot 3 Computer Equipment. The backbone of our workflow. Based on the Apple, we require I Macs, Mini Mac, Time Machine and other equipment (see specification below for detail of requirements) Lot 4 Photo Equipment. We will be Canon based for our photography side of things. Canon 5d MKIII and lenses. (see specification below for detail of requirements) Lot 5 Broadcast Equipment Our broadcast board will be a Tricaster system. (see specification below for detail of requirements) Tenders may tender for one or more lots. If tendering for more than one lot then Tenders should be quoted as separate lots, clearly showing which lot the specific quote is priced for.
