Detailed description:

New Garda National Support Services H.Q. building on a brownfield site, providing vital Garda infrastructure for national policing. Office building will be approx seven storeys in height, over two floors of basement car parking with a large central atrium space. Building area is circa 11,100m2 with basement car parking of approx 12,000m2. Overall development will consist of the building, secure landscaped courtyards, demolition of existing shed and all ancillary services.
