Grangegorman Development Agency invites tenders from suitably competent, qualified and experienced parties competent to provide professional Health and Safety coordination services to the GDA. GDA requires the H&S coordinator to carry out the all the duties of Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage for the Grangegorman site access routes, ( vacant site areas/plots) and to be responsible of the coordination of the various site agents, Project Supervisors for the Design Process, Project supervisors for Construction Stage for each of the individual construction projects on the Grangegorman SDZ site and to facilitate the project teams in coordinating and communicating site logistics, overlaps, and health and safety requirements The H&S coordinator will be based in the GDA offices, Grangegorman and will be required to be primarily responsible for the management overseeing of Health and Safety on the site access routes and vacant plots and the auditing, reporting and continuous improvement of each contractor’s site H&S standards. They will be required to work with the contractors to prompt best practice amongst contractors and assess contractor’s competence in meeting their obligations in relation to H&S on their site.
