SMH-001 - Security & Fire Systems Monitoring and Maintenance Services

St Michael's House invites applications from suitably qualified service providers to participate in the Pre-Qualification process for the provision of Security & Fire Systems Monitoring and Maintenance Services at a number of locations. Required services include: (a) Electronic Security Systems Maintenance, (b) Intruder Alarm Systems Maintenance, (c) Fire Alarm Systems Maintenance, (d) Fire Extinguisher Maintenance, (e) Central Station Monitoring, (f) Keyholding Services. In addition, St Michael's House is currently reviewing its requirements in relation to Emergency Lighting. Therefore it is possible that the scope of the current contract may be expanded to include: (g) Emergency Lighting Maintenance.
