May 16 - Invitation to Tender for the provision of a Managed Print/Copy Service to IT Tralee

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

The Institute of Technology Tralee has a requirement for the provision of a managed print/copy service.

The managed in-house print/copy service would include the provision, operation and management of a print/copy bureau facility for academic, administrative, technical and management staff in addition to making Multi-Function Devices/Printers (MFD/P’s, mostly B&W A4/A3 in addition to some A4/A3 Colour) available to students in close proximity to the staff bureau facility(s) as well as to both campus libraries, staff reprographics areas and other locations as deemed necessary by the Institute.
