HSE 6401 - Water Quality Services in relation to Biofilm and Waterborne Microorganisms for HSE

The HSE invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit a tender for a tender competition for the provision of Water Quality services in relation to Bio-film and waterborne microorganisms, to include site investigation, risk assessment, schematic drawing preparation and a costed solution to address the issues identified within HSE, with an initial requirement at Cork University Hospital, Wilton, Cork.
Please note that this competition will be managed electronically, i.e. the Invitation to Tender documentation will be available to download from the etenders, (http://www.etender.gov.ie/), and tenders must be submitted by uploading the tender electronically via the website. You are advised to allow plenty of time to upload your tender submission by the closing date for receipt of tenders, 12:00 Noon Monday 11th July 2016.
Please note that any queries you may have in respect of this competition must be submitted in writing via the Message facility on the Contract Notice on the etenders website; no personal email correspondence will be entered into in respect of this Invitation to Tender competition. The final date for receipt of queries in respect of this tender competition is 12:00 Noon Tuesday 28th June 2016. Responses to questions and requests for clarification will be provided in a MS Word document available as part of the Invitation to Tender documentation which will be updated as and when responses are provided. Tenderers are advised to ensure they access this document to ensure they have access to all information available in advance of submitting their tender response.
