Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) are seeking to award a long term contract, to a single entity, for the supply of replacement rolling stock wheels and axles required to support the on-going fleet maintenance and heavy maintenance programs. This strategic contract will cover a variety of different fleet types and will require a focused and tailored contract management solution from the successful tenderer.
All safety critical components supplied will be required to fulfil the requirements of EN 13261 (Railway applications - Wheelsets and bogies - Axles - Product requirements) or EN 13262 (Railway applications. Wheelsets and bogies. Wheels. Product requirements).
