The Office of Government Procurement on behalf of the Driver and Vehicle Computer Services Division (DVCSD) of the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified service providers, for the provision of the supply, printing and secure delivery of a fixed quantity of 4.5 million Vehicle Registration Certificates (RF101's).
