This tender concerns the Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) - Print, Copy, Scan, Finishing; On-going support, management and servicing of the MFD’s provided under this contract for the life of this contract; Supply and management of all consumables, excluding paper; Floor servicing of the MFD’s supplied through the presence of an onsite maintenance and support technician; Print Management software solution for the control of print across all devices installed at local level; Provide Swipe Card Reader for each device.
