Re: Galway County Council – Cleaning of Office & Library Accommodation
Dear Sir / Madam,
Galway County Council are seeking tenders for the Cleaning of Office & Library Accommodation including internal and external window cleaning at various locations throughout the county of Galway in accordance with the attached documents.
Please note that tenderers are required to undertake a site visit of each of the buildings prior to tender submission. It is proposed that these site visits will be accommodated between 16th and 18th May, 2016 as set out in 1.3 of the RFT.
Tenders must be delivered by hand or by post, and must be delivered in sealed package(s). The package must be marked with the following “Tender for the Cleaning of Offices & Library Accommodation” and the word “Confidential”. Tenderers must clearly set out a return address on the Tender package. Tenders submitted by fax will not be accepted.
You are required to complete the Pricing Document fully and return the full set of documents to the below address before 12.00 hrs, Monday the 30th May, 2016.

All queries or requests for clarification relating to any aspect of this public procurement competition or of this RFT must be directed through to the “Questions and Answers” facility on (http://www.etenders.gov.ie/). Queries or requests for clarifications will be accepted no later than 17:00 on Monday 23rd May, 2016. It would be appreciated if any queries you may have are compiled into one letter to minimize the correspondence involved.
