Tenders are invited for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for Hard & Soft Landscaping and Landscape Maintenance works in Kildare.This framework is being established by means of an open procedure. The winning tenderer will be awarded the contract for this initial series of 2no. elements(1. Grass Maintenance for North Kildare &  2. Landscaping Naas/ Johnstown Roundabout)  as contained in this competition. The maximum number of tenderers to be admitted to the framework is 8. Therefore in addition to the winning tenderer, tenderers  ranked 2 to 8 (max), whilst not winning the initial contract, will be admitted to the framework listing. Thereafter work will be awarded on the basis of mini-competitions for various works accross the county  The works will include but not limited to

1. Grass cutting, herbicide application, hedge & shrub pruning, planting, paving, litter picking, grass reinstatement works, watering.

2. Traffic Management were required to facilitate landscaping & landscaping maintenance .

3. To fulfill the role of Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS)

Closing date for receipt of Tenders is 27th May 2016 at 12midday.
