However any second or subsequent Tender must be prepared and presented under separate cover in a separate Tender. Tenderers applying for Lot 1 must not combine bid with submissions for Lot 2 on the same submission i.e. Lot 1 submissions cannot include a submission for Lot 2, which must be made separately.
