The Commissioner of An Garda Síochána on behalf of various State organisations set out in paragraph 1.10, invites responses to this Request for Tenders from economic operators for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT. The Commissioner of An Garda Síochána is the contracting authority for this public procurement competition. The Office of Government Procurement under the aegis of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform will manage the procurement process on behalf of the Contracting Authority.
The title of this RFT is Request for Tenders for the Provision of Recovery/Towing and Management Service Framework Contract (to include recovery, storage, release or disposal of vehicles, receiving payment of fees and the management of the overall service) in Lot 1: Sligo / Leitrim and Lot 2: Galway.
