These Instructions to Tenderers, Equipment Requirements and Terms and Conditions are for the provision of a Internet of Things Research Infrastructure as detailed in Section D herein, to CONNECT at Trinity College Dublin. It is intended to award framework agreements divided into 3 distinct Lots covering the following requirements: Lot 1 IoT LoRA (Long Rage) enabled LPWA (Low Power Wide Area) network Gateways Lot 2 LoRaWAN Network Server (NS) Lot 3 Application Enablement platform (AEP)
