EMS005F - Request for Tender for Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Managed Car Parking Services.
The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform is issuing this RFT as a central purchasing body for use by the Framework Clients (defined below).The Contracting Authority invites tenders from economic operators for appointment to a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of the services described in Appendix 1 to this RFT.
In summary, the Services comprises of:
The requirement for secure, reliable and high quality managed car parking services for the official business of the Framework Clients as and when required.
This request for Tenders is for both the management of the parking Services and the supply and maintenance of all equipment, non-works infrastructure (including ICT and machine networking infrastructure) and support Services required in order to ensure the efficient operation of the Managed Car Parking Services herein described in Appendix 1.
