The construction of a new Palliative Care Unit & Ward Block at University Hospital Waterford which is an operational acute hospita. The proposed works of approximately 7,900 m2 comprise of Palliative Care in Patient accommodation on lower ground floor, Palliative Care Day Care Services at ground floor, three floors of general single ensuite single rooms and a roof level plant room enclosure.
