160323 UCC Works Contractors - Establishment of a multi supplier framework in 2 no Lots for Works Contractors for Small & Minor Works Projects

UCC invites responses from suitably qualified Work Contractors for the provision of the works as described in the attached RFT in 2 number individual Lots as follows:- • Lot 1 Small Works Projects (Type 1) • Lot 2 Minor Works Projects (Type 2) Tenderers are permitted to apply for one Lot only. This competition is to establish a multi supplier framework with a maximum of six Tenderers for each Lot (“Framework”) to whom specific assignments may be awarded in due course based on the terms of a contract (“Framework Agreement”), on a non-exclusive basis.
