INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE OPERATION & MANAGEMENT OF CIVIC AMENITY & RECYCLING SERVICES AT PIGEON HOUSE ROAD, RINGSEND, DUBLIN 4 AND SHAMROCK TERRACE ALDBOROUGH PARADE, NORTHSTRAND ROAD, DUBLIN

Dublin City Council, using open procurement procedures, invites tenders for the operation and management of Civic Amenity (CA) & recycling services at Pigeon House Road, Ringsend, Dublin 4 and Shamrock Terrace, Northstrand Road, Dublin 1. Based on 2015 data, the current tonnages being processed from the CA site at Ringsend is circa 2,500 tonnes per annum and from the CA site at Northstrand, circa 2,100 tonnes per annum. It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded in Quarter 2, 2016, initially for a period for 24 months, It will then be subject to a review with the option to extend for a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance.
