CALL FOR REQUESTS TO PARTICIPATE FOR THE PROVISION Direct Marketing Services, both On and Offline in the United States Market

Thank you for your interest.  You should read all of the attached documentation carefully.  Applicants will be asked to provide evidence of an operational base in the US and commitment to operate to US Eastern Standard Time.

Please note that the deadline for receipt of Requests to Participate is 12:00 hours [EMT] on Thursday 14^th April 2016.

As detailed in the Instructions Document, the deadline for receipt of queries in relation to Stage 1 of this Restricted tender process is no later than 12:00 hours (EST), Tuesday 29^th March, 2016, 2016.

Requests to Participate must be submitted in hard copy x 5 [the original signed Request to Participate plus four copies] plus 1 soft copy by email to (mailto:TenderResponse@tourismireland.com) Subject Line: Tender Ref: US/DM/2016.  Please Note that the maximum limit for incoming emails is 10MB     

Late submissions will not be accepted.
