Service for Remote Sensing Controls of Area-Based Schemes

Services are required to determine land eligibility for the various area-based schemes, as set down in EU Commission Guidance Document for On-the-Spot Controls (OTSC) and area measurements - DSCG/2014/32, by remote sensing of approx. 7,000 Basic Payment Scheme/other area-based schemes applications to be submitted in 2016. The eligibility of land declared by applicants will be determined by reference to up-to-date satellite images and/or aerial photography. The Contracting Authority is seeking ONE Provider for this service
